We had a small hiccup when our room wasn't ready upon arrival. It took longer than expected for the front desk to communicate with us about the readiness, which was a bit frustrating.

the cleaning around the breakfast area could use attention (found crumbs on the omelet station). elevators were super fast, the indoor pool was big (great for a morning swim), and the location is decent (close to transport! ).

i recently stayed at vert jerusalem by afi and it really exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delightfully varied with fresh pastries. taking strolls around the city was so enjoyable, thanks to the hotel's great location!

The pool area, while scenic, could use more attention. the lounge chairs were dirty and in disrepair, which detracted from the overall experience.
